Heat the oil, add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add the mixed spices. When the oil separates, add cauliflower, beans, green peas  and carrot. Close with a lid and leave it to cook. Dissolve corn flour in half cup of milk. As the vegetables get soft, add this mixture and then paneer. Again close the lid and allow to cook for 4-5 mins. Add the remaining milk followed by corriander. Let this cook for another 5 mins. Combine the dry mix with the egg, butter, and extra egg yolk from separated egg.  Mix on low speed until the dough is smooth. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roll dough out into aluminium foil about 3 inches wide.  Place this onto a cookie sheet and brush with remaining egg white.  Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut diagonally, into 1/2-inch slices.  Bake the slices on their sides for another 12-14 minutes. In another bowl mix all the liquid ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;Pour the mixed liquid ingredients to the dry one. Stir until the mixture is lumpy. You can add raisins or any nuts if you required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For pancakes, pour batter (similar you make dosas) onto hot tawa. When you pour it batter will spread itself ( or you can spread if required). Cook on medium flame for 1-2 mins till the pancake becomes golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note:- Turn to the second side of pancake( as in dosa) when bubbles appear on first side. Tried out once.. came out well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Jamuns&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Milk - 3 cups&lt;br /&gt;Maida - 2-3 tablespoon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil milk in low flame until it reduces to say 1/5th, ie it thickens. Remove from the flame. Add maida and mix gently. This should make dough. Do not knead the dough well. Beware this takes a lot of time. Why take all these trouble :D. Buy a ready made mix and make as per instructions. simple naa..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After the dough is done, leave it for 5 mins. Make round small balls. Fry the balls in hot oil at low flame to get the golden brown color. As the jamuns get cooked, they rise to the surface. It turned out really well on my first experiment. Made it for a party at home, inspite of the gud tastes, got very less appreciation :).. But believe me it tasted great.. just like in famous Chopstick chinese restaurant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cauliflower - broken in florettes&lt;br /&gt;Plain flour - 1/4 cup and some corn flour&lt;br /&gt;Spring onion - 1 bunch or 1 onion will also do -&lt;br /&gt;Ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, red chillies - 2&lt;br /&gt;Oil for frying&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil the florettes for 5 mins, clean and drain the water.&lt;br /&gt;Make a thin batter with the flours, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and salt&lt;br /&gt;Dip the florettes in batter and deep fry in oil and keep aside&lt;br /&gt;In a pan, fry ginger, red chillis for a minute. Add spring onion and salt. Fry it . Add 1 cup water and boil. Add 1 tsp corn flour or plain flour to 1/2 cup water and dissolve without lumps. Add this lil by lil to the gravy. When the gravy boils and become transparent, add fried florretes. Boil for few minutes. Yeah i tried out.. It came okk.. Though i didn't find much taste difference.. Come on some one can improvise on this recipe. Heres my recipe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instant coffee - 2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;sugar - 4 tsp&lt;br /&gt;Milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix coffee and sugar. Add half tsp water to this. Beat this well until light brown..If more water is required, sprinkle to this mixture. The paste should not be too thick or watery. Boil 1 cup of milk and add this mixture to milk.
