Fried rice.. Its too simple.. I learned from my mother. Here it goes..
potatoes -2
carrots - 2
beans
green peas - 1 handful
onion - 1
Basmathi rice - 1 and 1/2 cup
Chop the vegetables. Fry the vegetables in oil and keep it separate. Wash rice and drain the water. Then fry the rice in oil for 5 mins(dont fry too much). Add fried rice and vegetables together in the cooker. Add 3 cups of water and cook in the pressure cooker upto 2 or 3 whistles...
Finally add salt and ghee and mix well

Nostalgic Sharjah shake
Remember our college days.. we used to empty our purses for this famous drink of those days..sharjah milk shake.. Easy to make..
Banana - 1 no
milk - 1 cup
sugar - 1 tbsp - as u need.
Add banana, milk and sugar to the blender and blend them well.. Thats all.. ready to drink..
You can substitute banana with any fruit you would like to try..
I tried strawberry 2 -3 nos of the fruit may do. Strawberry lovers ..it tastes great..If you use milk which is boiled and then cooled, it adds to taste..

Start with Cappuccino coffeyaa
Have anyone tried cappuccino at home.. Yeah i tried out.. It came okk.. Though i didn't find much taste difference.. Come on some one can improvise on this recipe. Heres my recipe.
Instant coffee - 2 tsp
sugar - 4 tsp
Milk
Mix coffee and sugar. Add half tsp water to this. Beat this well until light brown..If more water is required, sprinkle to this mixture. The paste should not be too thick or watery. Boil 1 cup of milk and add this mixture to milk. Quantity depends on how much dark or light you want the cappuccino.

Here you go!!!
Its time for me to put my cooking experiences in words. It may be helpful to many specially my friends. I am just posting the recipes that I have tried and came out successfully....
