My mom's recipe.. Too Simple

Fried rice.. Its too simple.. I learned from my mother. Here it goes..

potatoes -2
carrots - 2
beans
green peas - 1 handful
onion - 1
Basmathi rice - 1 and 1/2 cup

Chop the vegetables. Fry the vegetables in oil and keep it separate. Wash rice and drain the water. Then fry the rice in oil for 5 mins(dont fry too much). Add fried rice and vegetables together in the cooker. Add 3 cups of water and cook in the pressure cooker upto 2 or 3 whistles...
Finally add salt and ghee and mix well
