Its one of my favourite. I try to make it often. Unfortunately my try was always flops.. 1 out of 4 is the success rate :D
Rice - 3 cup
Scrapped coconut - 3/4 cup
cooked rice - 2 handful
Salt to taste
Grind well all of the ingredients. Add yeast to this batter and keep it aside for half day.
The next day the batter should rise. Now you can use the batter to get tasty appams
